Senior Sales Manager (Enterprise AI Solutions)

About the Role

 

Deep Cognition is looking for a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Senior Sales
Manager to lead our global expansion. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by
identifying new business opportunities, managing a robust pipeline, and closing high-value
contracts with global logistics providers, customs brokers, and large enterprises.

As a Senior Leader, you won’t just be “selling software”; you will be a consultant helping
organizations digitally transform their operations using our flagship product, PaperEntry AI.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Revenue Generation: Own and exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets through
    new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage C-level stakeholders (CTOs, COOs, Heads
    of Logistics) in the Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain sectors.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand customer pain
    points and demonstrate how DC’s AI solutions solve complex data entry and compliance
    challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and initial
    pitch to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to
    share market feedback and ensure the roadmap aligns with enterprise customer needs.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior sales associates and account managers to
    maintain a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

 

  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably in
    SaaS, AI, or Supply Chain Technology.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or
    Customs Brokerage industry is highly preferred.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the
    ability to articulate complex AI concepts in simple, value-driven terms.
  • Technical Comfort: Experience selling technical products involving API integrations,
    EDI, or OCR/AI automation.
  • Global Mindset: Comfortable working with distributed global teams and managing
    clients across different time zones (US/Europe/Asia).

Nice-to-Have

● Existing network within Top 100 Global Freight Forwarders.
● Familiarity with tools like Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Jira.

● Experience in a fast-paced startup environment where “navigating ambiguity” is a daily
