A general purpose AI tool can summarize a document. It cannot tell you what a wrong tariff code costs, or what to do when a vessel runs two days late and a customer needs an answer before end of day.
We did not adapt a general AI platform to freight. We built agents that already know the industry: what a house bill is, what changes when the Incoterm changes, what a shipment needs when it is running late. That is not a prompt. It is the product.
Global trade does not pause for capacity constraints. Our mission is to close that gap: giving forwarders and brokers the operational capacity to match demand as it scales, without scaling headcount to match it.
