These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of deepcognition.ai and any related pages, content and forms operated by Deep Cognition Inc. (“Deep Cognition”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 2010 Valley View Ln #320, Dallas, TX 75234.

By accessing this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. These Terms cover the website, not our products

These Terms apply to your use of this website only.

Access to and use of our products, including Agentic TMS and PaperEntry AI, is governed by a separate written agreement between Deep Cognition and the customer, together with any order forms executed under it. Where that agreement and these Terms address the same subject, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this website modifies, replaces or adds to a signed customer agreement, and nothing here creates any entitlement to a product, a service level, a price or a feature.

Information on this site about our products is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a commitment, or a warranty of any kind.

2. Permitted use

You may view, browse and download material from this site for your own internal business evaluation.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, structure or underlying algorithms of anything made available through this site;
• use the site to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or data;
• introduce malware or any other harmful code, or interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest or systematically extract site content or contact details, except for search engines operating within our published robots directives;
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

We may suspend or block access to the site where we reasonably believe use breaches these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

The site and its contents, including text, graphics, product documentation, screenshots, interfaces, software and design, are owned by Deep Cognition or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“Deep Cognition”, “Agentic TMS” and “PaperEntry AI”, together with our logos, are names and marks we use to identify our company and our products. They are not registered trademarks. We claim common law rights in them and reserve all rights available to us.

Other names and marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

4. Information you send us

When you request a demo, subscribe to updates or otherwise submit information through this site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy PolicyTerms of Service, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Do not send us confidential, proprietary or regulated information through website forms. Information submitted through this site is not treated as confidential and is not subject to any non-disclosure obligation. If you need to share confidential information, contact us and we will put an appropriate agreement in place first.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you send us about our products or this site may be used by us without restriction and without obligation to you.

5. Third party links

The site may link to third party websites and resources. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of a third party site is governed by that site’s own terms.

6. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Cognition disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, or that content will be accurate, complete or current. The site may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled or emergency maintenance, or for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and whether a claim is based in contract or tort including negligence, Deep Cognition will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages of any kind, or for loss of revenue, loss of business, lost profits, lost or inaccurate data, cost of cover, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.

This limitation applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. It does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Export and sanctions compliance

You may not access or use the site, or export or re export any material obtained from it, in violation of the export control or sanctions laws of the United States, including regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control, or of any other applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the United States Federal Courts located in Texas for all purposes relating to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in full force.
